From doctor to medical agent

I have been a doctor since 2008 and during this time I have seen a whole range of medical centres in several European countries. Since 2017, I have been workingas a temporary employee myself for various clinics in Germany since 2017 through the various temporary employment agencies and have come to know and appreciate the model of temporary employment for medical professionals.

Today, I help doctors, healthcare assistants and nurses to achieve their career goals and to work in jobs which best suit their individual situation.

As Business Administration Manager, it is my job to keep an eye on everything and do justice to all areas in the best possible way. Honest and authentic communication at eye level is important to me.

As a qualified office communications specialist, I have already worked in several companies. I also know the recruitment industry from both sides, as I have worked in temporary employment myself and as a scheduler in a recruitment company. I am therefore very familiar with both perspectives, which greatly enriches my work at Doc’s Club24.
