This year almost 5,000 participants attended the event. There was a very even split between medical professionals and nursing staff. We had exciting discussions about the new challenges that many are experiencing in the market and even discussed some solutions to them.
The high degree of flexibility that we strive for in short-term or long-term placements was particularly well received. This gives healthcare professionals the opportunity to tailor the requirements to their individual lives.
It is simply very nice to stand around a table together and exchange ideas.
